We reserve the right to deny service.

We do not offer refunds on mounts once the work is complete. If hides are brought in we are not liable for pre damage hides that were not handled properly before drop off. We offer a course to help you keep your hide in the best shape possible. Parts will not be ordered until the hide is confirmed viable. Refunds after the molds and parts are ordered are not acceptable.

Refund Policy - the basics

Refund policies and discussions can be discussed on drop offs of the the animal. Product refunds can be acceptable prior to ordering parts for the mount as the hide has to be confirmed viable prior to ordering parts. All prices are final and to be paid up front.
